I grew up inside the energy of Rio Carnival, where Samba, culture, and community are part of everyday life.
Over the years, Carnival became more than celebration. It became a way to connect people to movement, culture, confidence, and unforgettable experiences.
Through RioBela, my mission is to create an elevated and authentic way to experience Rio Carnival from the inside, with guidance, support, comfort, and direct cultural connection.
Every experience is designed with intention so each guest can experience Carnival with confidence and access to the heart of Samba culture.
